The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey will hold a public hearing/meeting pursuant to M.G.L., c 131, sections 39A & 40, the Scenic Mountain Act and the Wetland Protection Act to act on the following:

HEARINGS AND MEETINGS:

New:

Public Hearing: WPA NOI DEP #230-0336, Map 102, Lot 33, 8 Point Rd., filed by SK Design for the removal of trees within the buffer zone of Lake Garfield.

Public Hearing: WPA NOI DEP #230-0337, Map 105 Lot 15 & 16, 60 Elephant Rock Rd. filed by Paul Clark for the proposed install and associated work of a dock in the resource area of Lake Garfield.

Public Meeting: SMA RDA, Map 223 Lot 32, 0 Mt. Hunger Rd filed by Berkshire Geo Tech for the determination whether an area depicted on a plan is subject to the SMA regulations.

Public Meeting: WPA RDA, Map 111 Lot 20, 18 Camp Half Moon Rd, filed by Foresight Land Services for the proposed install of a subsurface system within the buffer zone of Lake Buel.

Public Meeting: WPA RDA, Map 102, Lot 8, 4 Riverwood Way for the proposed construction of a carport within the outer riparian of the Konkapot River.
