Meeting Opened:  2 PM

Lake Garfield – DEP 230-0344 – Request to Amend Order of Conditions- Removal of Drawdown

Discussion and Approval

KW briefed the members on the request to amend DEP #230-0344.  NHESP reviewed the approved order and came back with a list of requests from the Fisheries Division prior to conducting the Drawdown.  After discussion with Garfield Group, DPW, DEP, NHESP, and Environmentalist, Hillary Kenyon, it was decided that the best way to move for forward with a drawdown for this year is to conduct the drawdown on the existing extension DEP#230-0242 (expiring 8.2024).  To be able to do so, the Drawdown portion for #230-0344 needs to be amended and removed.  DEP does not permit two orders for the same activity to be open at the same time.

Members agreed to amend 230-0344 and remove the Drawdown portion of the Order.  MSV NW/ML
