Request for Determination filed by Debra Schwartz of 153 Hupi Rd for the proposed replacement of a septic system within the buffer zone of Lake Garfield.

Mike Parsons of Kelly, Granger, Parsons & Associates, Inc. briefed the members on behalf of the property owners.  The project was approved with a negative determination N3 with special conditions.  RC/PC MSV

Request for Determination filed by Ann Canning of 172 Main Rd. for the associated site work for the construction of a single family home within the buffer zone of bordering vegetated wetland.

Ann Canning and Glen Granskog briefed the members on the project.  The project was approved with a negative determination with special conditions.  RC/PC MSV

Certificates of Compliance:

DEP File # 230-262, Northwest Cove Rd, Map 110 Lot 7

The COC was approved with a special condition that the applicant retain an engineer for determining the stability of the hillside.  RC/PC MSV
