Members Present: Virtual: Jeremy Rawitz (Chair), Michael Zisser, Nancy Tomasovich

Absent: Margo Drohan

Public Present: None.

1. Review and Recommend Temporary agent for nomination to BOS and Appointment

The commission discussed nominating Mary Stucklen to fill in as the Temporary Agent.

 The commission made a motion to recommend Mary Stucklen to the Select Board for their temporary agent position (Zisser/Tomasovich). A roll call vote was made and all were in favor, MSV.

2. Review Accounts and balances and make a motion for Funds for temporary and replacement agent ads.

The commission did not discuss this item, and moved for adjournment.

A motion was made to adjourn the meeting at 8:05am (Zisser/Rawitz). All were in favor, MSV.
