FINANCE COMMITTEE MEETING

January 15, 2020

MINUTES – LIBRARY FY 2021 BUDGET

MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AT 6:30 PM IN THE LIBRARY.

The Finance Committee and Select Board reviewed FY 2021 Library preliminary budgets.  As part of that discussion, extra operating hours were discussed.   The basic budget was generally approved, but the extra hours discussion was tabled for further review.  Another meeting will be scheduled once we have a better perspective on all budgetary needs.

In addition, some bond payment issues and errors in the previous budget were reviewed as were some accounting description issues.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:50 PM
