FINANCE COMMITTEE MEETING

DECEMBER 4, 2019

MINUTES

ATTENDING MEMBERS:

The regular monthly meeting with the Select Board was called to order at 6:04 PM at the Town Hall.  The corrected Planning Board invoice was reviewed and approved moving $217.10 from the Town Reserve Fund to cover a required newspaper posting.

The Southern Berkshire County Ambulance Service presented a financial review seeking future town financial support.

The Select Board and Finance Committee discussed an approach to the Fiscal 2021 Budget, and the Finance Committee adjourned to review and discuss the initial documents provided and to discuss the calendar for the reviews.

At its meeting, the Finance Committee decided to add year-to-date figures to the form formats of previous years.  Rebecca Wolin agreed to input that data to the forms so we would have it available at our 12/10 meeting.

Jon Sylbert agreed to follow up on the IT Committee project.
