Finance Committee Meeting Minutes 1/25/22

MEETING OF THE MONTEREY FINANCE COMMITTEE CALLED TO ORDER ON JANUARY 25, 2022

Time: 6pm

WELCOME. As is usual practice, meeting is not recorded.

ATTENDEES: Miller, Chair, Fitzpatrick, Member, Melissa Noe, Town Administrator, Steve Weisz, John Weingold (intermittent), Select Board, Don Coburn, Marsha Marson?, Public, Micky Jervas, By Phone. Sylbert, Member entered after the meeting had begun. When asked to take minutes, he refused, stating that a meeting of such importance should be recorded. He refused to record it himself and left.

REVIEW SELECTBOARD REQUEST FOR RESERVE FUND TRANSFER FOR ONGOING INVESTIGATION: A letter submitted by Selectboard member Weisz was read and discussed. Item was tabled due to privacy concerns for further consideration.
