FINANCE COMMITTEE MEETING

FEBRUARY 21, 2020

MINUTES

ATTENDING MEMBERS:                     

            GEORGE CAIN, CHAIR                         MICHELE MILLER

            REBECCA WOLIN

The meeting was called to order at 4:40 PM.  The Fire Department response to SB/FC information requests was distributed.  Follow-up information will be requested.

A question arose regarding the Town’s rental payment to the Fire Department and Rebecca Wolin will seek some clarification on this subject.

A change in the Town Clerk’s budget was noted.  This change will be reviewed with the Select Board.

A questioned arose regarding the accounting of stipends.  Follow up will be made with the Accountant.

The Capital requests for the DPW and the Fire Department need to be reviewed and meetings will be scheduled.

It was agreed to schedule another Finance Committee meeting for Friday, 2/28/20 at 4:30 PM.

The minutes from the 2/19 meeting were reviewed, amended, and approved.

The meeting was adjourned at 5:45 PM.
