MONTEREY FINANCE COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES

Meeting Date:  3/18/22

Finance Committee Members Present:   Michele Miller, Chair, and Jon Sylbert,

Finance Committee Members Absent:  Katrina Fitzpatrick

Others present:

Meeting opened at: 4:30pm

Reviewed the Open Meeting Law complaint of Sylbert from 3/4/22 and voted on Miller as the respondent.

Review and approve minutes as available:

A motion was made to approve the minutes of 3/1/22 Finance and joint Select Board meeting – vote: Sylbert – nay, Miller – yay

Minutes of the 3/8 and 3/9 joint meetings were not available.

Reviewed winter operations schedule for Highway Department.

Human Resources expenditure was discussed and a vote of the issue was deferred.

The meeting was adjourned at 5:00pm for a joint meeting with the Select Board.
