Budget version 3/24: Technical difficulties ensued

MM: moves that we vote to accept the budget as written: offered for discussion there was none.

As sense of Finance Committee: 2- Aye, JS-Nay

Town counsel resigned: Budgetary impact.

JS: Number can be changed on Town Meeting Floor. ”Anything can be amended” then.

$475,000 from Free Cash leaving $46,000. So JS accepts those numbers.

JS submits outstanding minutes from 2021 Exec meeting. Amended to reflect: MMiller absent.
