FINANCE COMMITTEE MEETING
JUNE 13, 2020

The meeting was called to order at 9:04 AM
The “final” FY 2021 edits were again reviewed and confirmed. Through Total Operating Expenses for FY 2020 and FY 2012, the only difference between the Select Board numbers and the Finance Company was a $2,000 difference for the Fire Department Capital Account.
The Finance Committee decided to print its worksheets for distribution at its Informational Meeting on 6/26 and for distribution at the Town meeting on 6/27 showing the comparison of 11 months Actual spending against the FY 2020 budget. The use of Free Cash and Stabilization funds in each Fiscal Year will also be detailed.
Transfer from Salt & Sand account to the Fuel Account in the amount of $283.96 was approved.
Transfer from Town Admin Expenses to Treasurer Expenses in the amount of $307.03 was approved.
The Minutes from the 6/6/2020 meeting were reviewed and approved.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:59 PM.
