Meeting called to order at 5:00 PM

The minutes of the July 12, 2019 were reviewed, amended, and approved.

Appropriation Transfers were approved to the following accounts:

  1. Retiree Health Insurance                               $  577.38
  2. Library Director Wages                                 $  889.25
  3. So. Berkshire Waste District                          $    98.85
  4. Highway Overtime                                         $  749.51
  5. Fire Calls                                                        $  250.00
  6. Fire – Other Expenses                                    $1444.67
  7. Fire – Other Expenses                                    $1422.00
  8. Police Part-time Officers                               $  375.10
  9. Town Hall Heating                                         $  536.79
  10. Clerk Asst. Salary                                           $  119.00
  11. Assessor’s Other Expenses                             $  193.85
  12. Selectmen Stipends                                        $      0.12

The details associated with the transfers outlined above are covered on the attached email and spreadsheet.

Finally, it was voted to encumber $18,500 for the Fiscal 2019 audit.

Jon Sylbert agreed to review and update (if necessary) “Appropriation Transfer Forms” and Reserve Fund Transfer forms.  We will discuss the results of this review at our next meeting.
