Meeting called to order at 7:30 PM

The minutes of the July 15, 2019 meeting were reviewed and approved.

The FY 2019 end-of-year transfers were again discussed, and plans for a more orderly process for future end-of-year transfers with more emphasis on Department Head oversight was planned.  The Town Accountant endorsed the plan for alerting department heads to assume more direct responsibility for timely end-of-year expense processing.

Several previously encumbered transfers were approved and processed.

Meeting adjourned at 7:53 PM.
