MONTEREY FINANCE COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES
Date: 9/27/22
Present: Ilene Marcus, Frank Abbott, Michele Miller, and Melissa Noe
Meeting began at 4pm
Reserve fund transfer of $413.00 to pay for treasurer’s bond for one-time insurance policy fee. Abbott made a motion, Miller seconded, passed with unanimous approval.
Articles for Special Town Meeting:
- Bidwell Park trees $29,580 from free cash.
- Legal fees related to Hume case and deductible from Walker lawsuit $7,237.31
- Bills submitted after FY end $10,001.66 – mainly cemetery and parks.
Miller made a motion, Abbott seconded, passed with unanimous approval.
Abbott made a motion to adjourn at 4:15p, seconded by Marcus, passed with unanimous approval.
