Joint budget session with Select Board:
Unemployment insurance: motion to request more information made, seconded and approved unanimously by the Select Board and Finance Committee.
Discussions:
New Family Medical Leave Act tax: pay 100% or split 50/50 with the employees; or have employees pay a higher percentage.
2% COLA raise for employees
Highway Department’s request for an additional crew member
Capital plan for dirt road drainage issues
LGWG proposal for $50k for milfoil remediation: still no determination
