1. Open with review of the Dear Neighbor letter, hoping to finalize it and discuss timing of our meeting with neighbors.
2. Take note of Christopher Skelly’s resignation as the Local Government Officer for the Massachusetts Historical Commission. He will be missed.
3. Presentation of copies of the Area form required as a first step in nomination to the Parks Service.
4. Comment on Ben Haley’s request for photos of each of the buildings in the district. Need to retake photo of the former Leroy Thorpe residence now being remodeled and a two car garage added.Assignment of portions of the Area Form to members if they offer.
5. Timeline of the two year process for nomination.
6. Query concerning the $10,000 offered by SBRSD in and need for matching funds. (Berkshire Edge, January 20, 2016) Use for scraping and painting the school house? Ask for new funds for scraping and painting in the Annual Town Meeting?
7. Development of the argument for pre-K as a direct result of the pandemics?
