Agenda items to be discussed: The committee will fold and stuff prepared envelopes for our mailing to homeowners in the proposed District. The envelopes will contain our “Dear Neighbor” letter and a copy of the two sided brochure prepared by the Mass Historical Commission on the difference between districts created with restrictive bylaws and districts maintained in the register of historic places maintained by the National Parks Service. We are recommending the latter type of district.
