Agenda items to be discussed:
1. Review developments since our Meeting of November 1st which needed to be cancelled because of
Covid in two of our families and including Commission members
2. Review new letter from Boston regarding eventual acceptance of Monterey District under the categories of Architecture and
Economic Development.
3. Review the count of votes regarding the District from homeowners in the District.
4. Discussion of use of ARPA funds for consultants (discuss original application in this context)
5. Strategize for finding a consultant we can afford, given the three recommended by Mr. Haley.
6. Discussion of which buildings were dropped, for which reasons, and how to integrate the lidar archaeological images of Civil War Era mills.
