Historic District Study Committee Meeting Minutes 6/3/21

MINUTES

June 3, 2021
 

     In attendance: Kate, Stephanie, Suzy, Bob, Barbara, Maureen

• Looked through photos and organized them to the best of our ability 
• Decided on creating and sending a brochure for people who live in the proposed district first, along with the pamphlet called "What's the Difference?". Brochure would include an invitation to a meeting with us, the committee - presentation, Q&A, and buy-in signatures. 
• We agreed that time is on our side, so everything should be considered and thoughtfully executed. 
• Agreed on Thursdays at 5pm at the library, in person, for future meetings. Next meeting on June 24th.
• Stephanie and Kate still need to be appointed and sworn in.
• Kate to create layout for brochure, Suzy to start working on verbiage and to bounce it off the group in this email.
• Kate will likely finish the website in July, with a finished logo.
