REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

MASTER PLAN

The Town of Monterey, acting through the Town Administrator and in conjunction with the Planning Board invites sealed proposals from qualified companies to develop a comprehensive long-range master plan that addresses both short-term need and long-term goals for the town.  A Bid Proposal Package for this project which contains detailed specifications, bid forms and other pertinent information may be obtained on our website www.montereyma.gov under procurement.  Sealed proposals are due at town hall by 2pm on March 8, 2022.  The Planning Board is the awarding authority and reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive minor informalities or irregularities in any bid and to make an award in any manner consistent with the law and deemed to be in the best interests of the Town of Monterey.
