- Review and approve minutes
- Bring everybody up to date on the rules and regulations for the Housing Committee and individual members participating in passing the CBA ballot question
- Discuss Short Term Rentals (STR)
- Create a written data governance policy for STR data, including roles, permissions, and confidentiality rules.
- Clarify Deckart’s role going forward. Schedule future meetings
- Discuss filling the upcoming empty committee seats
- Discuss Trust membership and filling additional seats
- Plan for the upcoming year. Clarify priorities and direction
