The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, February 15, 2022 at 6:00 pm at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA to act on a Request for Determination, MWPA GLC 131 section 40 for Christopher Andrews of 230 Beartown Mtn Rd. to construct a 800 ~sq ft, two story addition in an Area Subject to Protection under the Wetlands Protection Act.
PUBLIC NOTICEThe Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey, pursuant to the provisions of the Berkshire Scenic Mountains Act, Chapter 131, Section 39A of the Massachusetts General Laws, will conduct a Public Meeting on Tuesday, February 15, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA, to consider the SMA Request for Determination of Applicability of for Christopher Andrews of 230 Beartown Mtn Rd. to construct a ~800 sq ft, two story addition.
