PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE

The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey will hold a remote public meeting pursuant to M.G.L., c 131, section 40, the Wetlands Protection Act on October 14 2020 at 6:00 p.m. to act on the following:

PUBLIC HEARING: Notice of Intent filed by Levin of 30 Elephant Rock Rd, Map 105, Lot 36 for the proposed associated site work for bank stabilization within the resource area of Lake Garfield.

PUBLIC MEETING: Request for Determination filed by Johnson of 140 Main Rd, Map 827, Lot 027, for the proposed removal of a tree within the buffer zone of Stevens Lake.

PUBLIC MEETING: Request for Determination filed by Frank of 40 Sylvan Rd, Map 102, Lot 30, for the removal of a decaying tree within the buffer zone of Lake Garfield.
