The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey will hold a public meeting pursuant to M.G.L., c 131, sections 39a & 40, the Scenic Mountain Act & Wetlands Protection Act, at the Monterey Town Offices, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA on NOVEMBER 14, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. to act on the following:

Pubic Meeting: WPA RDA, Map 103, Lot 21 & 24, 141 Hupi Rd, Property Owner: Alan Rose for the proposed removal of one tree within the buffer zone of Lake Garfield.
