PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE
The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey will hold a remote public meeting pursuant to M.G.L., c 131, section 40, the Wetlands Protection Act on January 13, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. to act on the following:
Request for Determination filed by Duke of 5 Lakeside Rd, Map 103, Lot 13, for the removal of a tree within the buffer zone of Lake Garfield.
Request for Determination filed by Jaffe of 179 Hupi Rd, Map 221, Lot 45, for the removal of trees within the buffer zone of Lake Garfield.
Request for Determination filed by Rodriguez of 10 Sylvan Rd, Map 101, Lot 46 for the removal of trees within the buffer zone of Lake Garfield.
Public Hearing: Request to Amend Order of Conditions File #230-0292 filed by Simkowitz, 98 Stevens Lake, Map 227, Lot 21.
