Public Meeting Notice

The Monterey Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing/meeting pursuant to M.G.L., c 131, section 40, Wetland Protection Act, at the Monterey Town Offices, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA on February 13, 2023 at 6 p.m. to act on the following:

Public Hearing: WPA NOI DEP #230-0334, Map 102, Lot 27, 18 Point Rd., filed by White Engineering for the installation of a dock in the resource area of Lake Garfield.

Public Hearing: WPA NOI DEP# 230-0335, Map 102, Lot 44, 28 Sylvan Rd., filed by Berkshire Geo Tech for the associated site work for a single family home and dock replacement in the resource area of Lake Garfield.

Public Meeting: WPA RDA, Map 113, Lot 32, 24 Laurel Banks, filed by Nature Works for proposed improvements to landscape within the buffer zone of Lake Buel.

Public Meeting: WPA RDA, Map 227, Lot 19, Main Rd, filed by Ann Canning for the proposed associated site work for a single family home.
