The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey will hold a public hearing/meeting pursuant to M.G.L., c 131, sections 39a & 40, the Scenic Mountain Act & Wetlands Protection Act, at the Monterey Town Offices, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA on June 13, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. to act on the following:

Public Meeting: SMA RDA, Map 228 Lot 013, 165 Stevens Lake Way filed by Creative Building Solutions for the associated site work and construction of a single-family home within the mapped Scenic Mt. Act. 

Public Meeting:  WPA RDA, Map 111, Lot 025, 26 Seven Arts Rd filed by John Field Services for the removal of trees within the buffer zone of Lake Buel.
