The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey will hold a public hearing pursuant to M.G.L., c 131, sections 39a & 40, the Scenic Mountain Act & Wetlands Protection Act, at the Monterey Town Offices, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA on SEPTEMBER 8, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. to act on the following:

Public Hearing: WPA NOI, 8 Dowd Rd, for the proposed construction of a walkway, deck platform and dock within the resource area of Lake Garfield.
