PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE
The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey will hold a remote public meeting pursuant to M.G.L., c 131, section 40, the Wetlands Protection Act on September 9, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. to act on the following:
PUBLIC HEARING: Notice of Intent filed by Reiner of 64 Worth Lane, Map 103, Lot 56 for the proposed associated site work and installation of a new dock within the resource area of Lake Garfield.
PUBLIC HEARING: Notice of Intent filed by Heinman of 523 Main Rd, Map 106, Lot 003 for the proposed associated site work and construction of a single family home, garage, dock and related other work within the buffer zone of Lake Garfield.
PUBLIC MEETING: Request for Determination filed by Gillam of 16 Bidwell Rd, Map 109, Lot 32, for the proposed removal of trees within 200 ft. riverfront.
PUBLIC MEETING: Request for Determination filed by Spector-Brind of 153 Hupi Rd, Map 103, Lot 30, for the proposed associated site work and construction of a garage within the buffer zone of vegetated wetland.
SMA PUBLIC MEETING: Request for Determination filed by Margo of 300 Beartown Mt. Rd, Map, 204, Lot 13 for the proposed removal of trees within the Scenic Mountain Act mapped region.
