The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey will hold a public hearing pursuant to M.G.L., c 131, section 40, the Wetlands Protection Act, at the Monterey Town Offices, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA on May 17, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. to act on the following:

Public Hearing: WPA NOI, Map 102, Lot 53, 7 Buckingham Lane filed by Berkshire Geo-Technologies for the associated site work razing and new construction of an existing single family home.

Public Meeting:  WPA RDA Map 101, Lot 051, Tyringham Rd. filed by Town of Monterey Parks Commission for the proposed improvements and associated site work at the Lake Garfield Town Beach.

Public Meeting:  WPA RDA Map 102, Lot 30-31, 14 Point Rd. filed by Kelly, Granger & Parsons for the installation and associated site work for a subsurface disposal system.
