Conservation Commission Public Notice

The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey will hold a remote public meeting pursuant to M.G.L., c 131, section 40, the Wetlands Protection Act on November 4, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. to act on the following:

PUBLIC HEARING: Notice of Intent filed by Salomon of 126 Tyringham Rd, Map 220, Lot 47 for the proposed replacement of a flow control structure in a dam and the removal of vegetation on the berm in the outer riparian zone and resource area of a private pond.

PUBLIC HEARING: SMA Notice of Intent filed by Merlis of 0 Old Beartown Mt. Rd., Map 21, Lot 28, for the proposed associated site work for a single family home.

PUBLIC MEETING: Request for Determination filed by Feinman of 40 11 Limerock Lane, Map 102, Lot 68, for the removal of a decayed trees within the buffer zone of Lake Garfield.

PUBLIC MEETING: Request for Determination filed by Ehrlich of 26 NW Cove Rd, for the proposed removal of decaying trees.
