Conservation Commission Public Notice 3/16/21

The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey will hold a remote public meeting pursuant to M.G.L., c 131, section 40, the Wetlands Protection Act on March 16, 2021 at 6 pm to act on the following:

Public Hearing: Notice of Intent filed by Muellers of 0 Hupi Rd, Map 105, Lot 14 for the proposed construction of a single family home, seasonal dock and float and associated site work within the buffer of Lake Garfield..

Public Hearing:  Scenic Mountain Act Notice of Intent filed by Muellers of 0 Hupi Rd, Map 105, Lot 14 for the proposed construction of a single family home and the associated site work within the mapped SMA.

Public Hearing: Notice of Intent filed by Lichtenthal of 38 Elephant Rock Rd, Map 105, Lot 32 for the proposed construction of an addition on a single family home, seasonal dock, float, and associated site work within the buffer zone of Lake Garfield.

Public Meeting: Request for Determination filed by Rubin of 30 Bidwell Rd, Map 109, Lot 23 for the removal of trees withing the buffer zone of Lake Garfield.

Public Meeting: Request for Determination filed by Ryan of 136 Tyringham Rd, Map 220, Lot 46 for the proposed construction of a screened in porch within 200’ of riverfront.

Public Meeting: Request for Determination filed by Padalino of 10 Phelps Rd, Map 103, Lot 37 for the proposed construction of a blue stone patio within 200’ of riverfront.

Public Meeting:  Request for Determination filed by DCR for the proposed construction and maintenance of foot trails of Beartown St. Forest.  The proposed work lies within buffer zone, bvw, and riverfront.
