The Conservation Commission for the Town of Monterey will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, October 10, 2018 at 6:00 pm at the Monterey Town Offices, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA, to act on a Request for Determination of Applicability, MWPA GLC 131 section 40, for Gail Padalino of 10 Phelps Road to construct a replacement septic system within the limits of the Buffer Zone.
