Agenda items discussed:

1. Courtney Morehouse of BRPC – Working on Municipal Vulnerability Preparedness (MVP) grant through state, in relation to Main Road culvert.  Additional grants received from MVP for final designs and permitting.  Final designs anticipated by May 2023.  Additional funding available for demonstrations and planning for rain gardens and flood mitigation gardens.
2. Mentimeter presentation – Review of Mentimeter presentation for Nov. 11 Public Forum: Cultural Resources, Services and Facilities.
3. Bylaws discussion – Revisions needed re: multifamily housing description, minimum lot sizes and acreage.  Possible changes to Business District parameters.
4. Planning Board meetings – Special meeting Thursday Dec. 1 and regular meeting Thursday Dec. 8 in preparation of Public Forum on Saturday Dec. 10.  Plan to launch Master Plan Survey at 12/10 Public Forum.
5. Planning Board Annual Report – Drafted for submission to Town.
6. Approved Minutes – Sept. 22 meeting.
