Monterey Town Bylaws Review:

Section 4.1 General Requirements

CA reviewed section 4. 1 General Requirements.   TS questioned 4.1.4 exempt by law?  TS defined 4.1.6

NM reviewed section 4.2 Dimensional requirements.  Discussion ensued the definition of the * and **.  Need more clarity.

TS Reviewed 4.3 Special Regulations

4.3.3 Secondary Dwelling Units  NM questioned section (e)   renting of two units at the same time.  TS clarified section (e).

Review of the bylaws will continue to the next meeting.

Review of Master Plan:  Tabled to next meeting.
