Call to Order 7:07pm
Agenda:
1. Public hearing - Zoning Bylaw correction
Tom opened the hearing and reviewed the proposed bylaw change to the board and reported that the Planning Board proposed the change to the bylaw to ensure accuracy. The complete bylaw is posted on the Monterey Town Website. There were no comments or questions from the public or the Planning Board. Therefore, the hearing was closed, and this will proceed to the next phase. The Planning Board will discuss this at the Annual Town Meeting.
2. Roadside Site Plan Review
Tom asked if there were any questions for the team regarding the Roadside Construction. Tom recommended that the Gould Farm representatives remain aware of the parking during the construction period. Lauren inquired about increasing parking, and Tom reviewed possible overflow parking options. Laura suggested having an officer present during the initial stages of construction to help with parking.
Margy made a motion to approve the roadside site plan. Lauren Seconded. Call a vote: Tom-yes, Chip-yes, Roger-yes, Laura-yes, Lauren-yes, Margy-yes.
The Planning Board will draft a letter.
3. Special Permit for 30 Prescott Lane- rebuild
Tom reviewed the notice for the public hearing for 30 Prescott Lane. He reported that the occupants are looking to tear down the existing house and build a new house. The Planning Board will discuss and act on this during the next meeting.
4. Master Plan Draft Revision
The Planning Board members discussed how they reviewed and added their edits to the Master Plan Draft. From here the Planning Board members thoroughly reviewed the document together and discussed changes each of the members had recommended.
5. Correspondence
Laura emailed the correspondence prior to the meeting, and they were reviewed during the meeting throughout the agenda.
6. Approval of Minutes
No minutes were approved during this meeting.
