Attendance:

                Chip Allen

                Nancy Richards Marcus

                Lauren Behrman

               

Items:

FORM A – 409 Main Road

                Chip reviewed the Form A and the rest of the board had viewed the plan at the last meeting.  Form was approved, Form to be signed over the weekend.

               

Board Items

                New Member – Introduction to Lauren Behrman, Lauren still needs to be sworn in.

Tom to send an email to Melissa to get the swearing in process under way.(done)

 

Clerk – Reviewed the Job Description with the board, Tom will give it to Melissa to distribute. (done)

 

Master Plan – Tom sent a note to Melissa last week to get a conversation started with the select board to discuss what is needed or wanted for a master plan.  No response yet

 

Form A – Form Update – The existing form is very old Lauren will type the form into Word and the Board will review at the next meeting for other updates.
