Board Items:

                Interviewed Terri Walker for Planning Board clerk position.

                Additional resume/application received – will schedule interview for August.

                Master Plan

Cost for consultant for Master Plan should be $20K to $30K.

Grant opportunities with BRPC being reviewed by Melissa Noe.

                Town of Monterey website

Planning Board members will subscribe to e-alerts on town website where meeting agendas and minutes can be found.

Sub-sections of Planning Board page to be updated, with current Master Plan, current by-laws and Site Plan application added.  Proposed By-law Changes, Town By-laws and SDU By-laws to be removed.

                Planning Board Co-Chair

                Laura Mensi will become Planning Board Co-Chair, effective immediately.
