Clerk
One application has been received for Planning Board Clerk position, from Terry Walker. Interview with Terry will be scheduled for an upcoming Planning Board meeting.
BRPC Rep
Berkshire Regional Planning Commission representative has been Nancy Marcus Richards. For coming one year term, Laura Mensi will represent Planning Board at BRPC.
Planning Board meeting schedule may be altered to not overlap with the monthly BRPC meeting.
“Form A” Form Update
Lauren Behrman converted old hard copy of Form A to Word version. Document edited and updated to make more clear and retitled “Application for Planning Board Jurisdiction and Approval”. Instructions for submission, including electronic submission of documents, added.
Master Plan
Monterey Select Board has contacted Planning Board about possible new Master Plan
(existing Master Plan dates to 2003). Tom Sawyer has inquired about possible consultant grants to assist with process. Buy-in from both Select Board and community
will be needed.

General ledger documents re: legal fees for Hume lawsuit
Massachusetts Audubon mailing re: carbon credits & municipalities
