ZBA review – 12 Heberts Cove – Map 114, Lot 28 – Rosenzweig – review comments
The members reviewed comments and approved. Agent will submit to ZBA
Preliminary Site Plan Review – Camp Half Moon – Potential subdivision – continued
TS briefed the members on the prior review. TS reminded the members and the public that the review is preliminary. RT commented that the proposed driveways, as noted on the plan, may not be compliant with the zoning bylaws. Ms. Halberstadter questioned the procedure for approval.
Application – Special Permit – Common Driveway – 93 Fairview Rd, Map 219, Lot 008, Kurtz
TS briefed the members of the application and section 7 of the Zoning bylaws for Common Driveways. RT questioned 7.1.3 and 7.1.4. TS shared an email he received from Sharon Hicks of 92 Fairview Rd commenting about the increase in stormwater runoff since the driveway has been cut and in use. A public hearing will be scheduled for September 10 @ 7 pm.

Reports from Board Members
TS informed the members that the Heinman ANR needs to be ratified with signatures. Members will make arrangements to access the town office to sign the ANR.
Berkshire Regional Planning is requesting a representative for Monterey. BJ and LM will volunteer to represent Monterey.

Public Hearing Notices were reviewed from Great Barrington and Tyringham.
