Public Hearings and Meetings:
Public Hearing - An application for a Special Permit (Common Driveway) of Ellen Kurtz of 93 Fairview Road, Map #219, Lot #008 in accordance with the Monterey Zoning Bylaw Section 7.1
TS stated that comments from the other Town Boards has not been received and suggested that they continue the hearing giving the Boards additional time to comment. BJ commented that he has no issues with the proposed driveway design. Resident Ms. Sharelle commented that the Highway Dept conducted some work to help with drainage and asked that the new driveway is not going to be paved. LM commented that the driveway design may pose an issue for drainage. The hearing will be continued to the next meeting.
Public Meeting – Friends of Lake Garfield – Informational Signage – Placement of temporary lawn signs along town right a way to promote support for the Friends of Lake Garfield.
Greg Carnese form Friends of Lake Garfield briefed the PB on the proposal of lawn signs to support the Friends of Lake Garfield. TS advised the PB no approval is required. BJ advised permitting a set time period for displaying the signs. Greg Carnese suggested that the signs will be removed before the drawdown of the lake. TS motioned for a 30 ay time period. A 30 day time period was approved. TS/BJ MSV

Reports from Board Members
TS stated that a All Boards Meeting is scheduled for October 29th @ 6 pm.
RT asked about the status of the Hume application for a temporary RV permit. Status is unknown at this time.
RT suggested having the next meeting at the pavilion. After discussion, the next meeting will be held at the Town Office with members only and the public can access the meeting virtually.
