Board members in attendance:  Tom Sawyer, Margy Abbott, Laura Mensi, Roger Tryon, Chip Allen

Also in attendance: Seth Jenkins, Susan Cooper, Michelle Miller

Agenda items discussed:

  1. Master Plan – Michelle Miller from Finance Committee expressed interest in Master Plan direction and the impact on town funding and budget.  Discussed schedule – date and topic – for public forums throughout the fall. 
  1. Public Forum (PF) 3, October 13, Economic Development/Transportation/Housing;
  2. PF4, November 12, Services/Cultural Resources/Facilities;
  3. PF5, December 10, announce survey. 

Survey will be distributed and available in January and February 2023.  Survey results available late March or early April.  Master Plan published on June 30 2023. 

Planning Board plans to send a mailer with above details to all residents in effort to increase participation.  Public Forums will be held in evenings and on weekends to provide more options for residents.  Planning Board members will attempt to attend meeting of each town board and committee.
