    1. Sign Application 70 Beartown Mountain Road
      1. Sign permit approved unanimously by those present.
      2. Debate over fee approved at $40
    2. Marijuana zoning regulations
      1. Don Coburn
        1. Presented an example bylaw from Saugus, MA of a ban
        2. Presented an agreement
        3. Williamstown – defined businesses, said which areas they are allowed or not allowed
        4. Don Suggested presenting an option for banning and for
        5. In order to implement a ban it will require a ballot vote and 2/3 at town meeting
        6. To get
          1. Need a host agreement
          2. Comply with zoning bylaws
          3. Comply with the regulations if the CCC
        7. What is allowed in the current AG Res district.
        8. Could be banned
        9. Don Coburn - Made a motion to Make a bylaw to Ban the use of Marijuana

        1. Separate residential from Agricultural areas

        1. Recommend options to the public when we hold a public meeting
        2. Water/Power/Light/Traffic/Internet/security/
        3. Recommend ban and then consider updating after a few years after experience of other towns
        4. Pat Salomon made a motion to develop a survey to send to the town – hire independent survey professional to all residences
          1. Seconded by Larry
          2. Don feels that the best survey would be to preset to a regular or special town meeting
          3. Four in favor, one opposed
          4. Larry will look into someone to do a survey
          5. Stephen will talk to Melissa about a survey.
    3. Dark Sky zoning regulations
      1. Stephen presented facts about lennox meeting results
      2. A dark sky regulation could aid in regulating all uses including Marijuana.
    4. Signs
      1. Larry suggests that we come up with a sign bylaw fee.
