   1. Marijuana Zoning Regulations
      1. Discussion of proposed bylaw in preparation for public hearing adjusting the table of uses.
      2. Discussed adding to the original bylaw recommendation
         1. Motion was made and seconded to add verbiage to the table.- rejected
         2. Intent is to raise the same question at the next meeting for further participation.
   2. Town Clerk RE Marijuana Bylaws/procedures
      1. The Board reviewed with Terry the procedure for Public hearing and bylaw enactment
   3. Air B and B regulations
      1. New state regulation is not passed yet
2. Read Mail/email
   1. Green Community Meeting invite - Members of the Planning Board will attend
   2. BRPC Survey - Tom will answer
   3. Cell Tower Balloon Test - Members of the board will drive by independently.
   4. Received the special permit application for cell tower at Hume lake camp
3. Reports from Board Members
   1. The Planning Board made a motion to appoint Terry walker to a paid Clerk Position.  Unanimous Vote of members.  Tom will send a letter to the Select Board
   2. The Select board minutes from 8/1 were read RE: paid Planning Board member  discussion by Ken B.
4. Approved on 8/9/18 by the board members present.
