  1. Bring this for further review by a larger proportion of the board
  2. Opinion of the members present is that we should target placing the bylaw recommendation to be on the warrant for the regular town meeting and not attempt to have a special town meeting for this sole purpose.
  3. Review solar Bylaws
    1. Review of information on potential application in October
    2. Review existing Bylaw
    3. Scott will take questions to the ZBA re Fees and Bonds set by the ZBA
    4. Tom will request guidance on fees from the BRPC
  4. Read Mail/email
    1. Sandisfield will be discussing amendments related to solar installations
    2. FEMA is having a discovery meeting for risk mapping and planning for the farminton watershed Sept 25th
    3. Town of Otis public hearing for site review on an accessory building
    4. Great Barrington public hearing re to 300 Stockbridge road for retail use in the rear of the building.

    1. Scott brought up his concern with green community requirements for stretch code building requirements.  The Members present agree with that concern.
