Description of the Proposed Bylaw

Question on Medical Marijuana Retail Sales - We cannot exclude

Read the letter from Nadia Makuc

Stephen clarified that we are not allowing Retail by right in the Business District

Question was asked if we could include additional regulations

Example of New Marlboro

By right does not mean that an entity does not need to follow the other bylaws.

Would like to see a limit to the size of an indoor growing facility

   comparison to a solar farm

Concern over field next to cultivation

Concern over Big Money

There is no current Bylaw that regulates lighting

Restrictions on water use

Concerns over the Lake Garfield Watershed

Restriction n commercial traffic

Concern over Security - not accessible 24 hours

Hours of working

The attitude of the attendees is leaning to making the cultivation by approval

Question 4 was approved so we cannot blanketly ban Marijuana

Change the wording to Adult Use Marijuana retail sales

Suggestion to say no to Marijuana

Clarify the state regulations

Would it make sense to create an overlay district

Our Bylaws do segregate types of businesses
