Scheduled Agenda Items

1. Gould Farm Site Plan Review Submission
   1. Gould farm is an educational Non Profit organization subject to site plan review
   2. Plan to build a 5000 sqft Activities and Community Center
   3. Looks like a Barn to blend in
   4. Will be put in place of the existing Maintenance shed that will be relocated.
   5. No increase in impervious area
   6. Minimal landscaping, prefer green space
   7. Start construction in June
   8. Plan Received on 3/14 to be distributed to the other boards
   9. Questions should be addressed to Rob Houks
   10. Very thorough presentation and packet.
2. Marijuana Bylaw Addition
   1. Planning board needs more time to debate the next bylaw proposal
   2. No submission for this town meeting
3. Green Communities Discussions
   1. Tom will submit the new bylaw informtaion to the paper for publication for a public hearing to be held on April 11th
4. Form A Submission - Hupi Road - Finger
   1. Break out an 11 acre parcel including one residence.
   2. Reviewed with Mike Parsons.
   3. Deeded Right of way access
   4. Does not reach the threshold of the common Driveway Bylaw
   5. Unanimously Approved and signed
