    1. Questions to be considered and data/resources needed to study advisability of consolidation from financial perspective
  6. Report of Operations subcommittee and discussion
    1. Questions to be considered and data/resources needed to study advisability of consolidation from operations perspective
  7. Discussion of next steps and sequencing
