United States: +1 (571) 317-3122 Access Code: 434-636-533 TOWN OF MONTEREY ADMINISTRATIVE CONTINUANCE OF HEARING ON SPECIAL PERMIT NO. 19-03 (Hume Lake Christian Camps, Inc) On March 26, 2020 at 9:45 A.M. the Monterey Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct an Administrative Meeting to consider whether the written request of Cellco Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless to add Verizon equipment to the cell tower and cell tower enclosure at 73 Chestnut Hill Rd, should be considered an Eligible Facilities Request with Eligible Modifications and thus not require an amendment to the Special Permit issued to Hume Lake Christian Camps, Inc. on October 9, 2018.  If the ZBA determines that the equipment to be added is an Eligible Facilities Request to make Eligible Modifications, the ZBA will issue a determination confirming the same and no further action shall be required of Cellco Partnership or Hume Lake Christian Camps, Inc .  If no such affirmative determination is made, then the Board will require Hume Lake Christian Camps, Inc to initiate a formal request for an amendment to the Special Permit with the filing of an Application for the same, a public hearing will be held on the application, and a determination will be made by the ZBA on such application.
