NOTICE OF CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Appeals for the Town of Monterey will continue a Public Hearing for 23 Seven Arts on Wednesday, April 10, 2024 at 3:00pm at Town Hall, 435 Main Rd, Monterey, MA 01245, to act on the application for a Special Permit under the Monterey Zoning Bylaws for 23 Seven Arts LLC c/o Avishay Nachon to renovate the interior of an existing non-conforming dwelling, construct new entry and stairs and structural repair as needed.
